5. COOKIE POLICY AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your device when you visit a website.
5.1. Types of Cookies We Use
- Essential Cookies: These cookies are necessary for the Services to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in, or filling in forms.
- Performance and Analytics Cookies: These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our Services. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site. We use Google Analytics and Kajabi Analytics for this purpose.
- Functional Cookies: These cookies enable the website to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages (e.g., video players).
- Marketing and Advertising Cookies: These cookies may be set through our site by our advertising partners (e.g., Meta/Facebook Pixel). They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements on other sites.
5.2. Your Choices Regarding Cookies
You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Services.

7. DATA SECURITY
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our servers are located. 11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
